Shipping/Freight

All of our products are shipped directly from our warehouse. We ship anywhere in the United States and internationally.

Due to the size and weight of our products, shipping costs can add up considerably. Please note the freight costs during the checkout stage of your purchase.

Products weighing less than 150 pounds and shorter than eight feet can be shipped via UPS—oftentimes for less than $100. Lumber that exceeds this weight and size are shipped via common carrier. Typically, you may estimate adding 15% of your order total for shipping costs, however, this is only an estimate and does not reflect the exact shipping costs at the time of purchase. If your home or business is within 100 miles of our factory in Elgin, IL, you may want to consider picking up your order.

You are responsible for unloading your lumber or furniture shipment off of the truck. If you are unable to unload your order, special arrangements will need to be made with your BB representative. Additional costs may apply.

Most in-stock orders are shipped within two days from our factory via common carrier. All shipping times are approximate. Please contact your Bear Board sales representative to confirm specific deadlines. Please allow three to four weeks for custom orders.

Occasionally damage occurs during shipping. We work quickly to resolve the issue and replace your damaged products.
